1. What VowLook is
VowLook sells digital bridal styling reports: a free style profile from a quiz, and paid look books that include AI-visualized looks on your own photo, a personal color analysis, and a written spec brief for your vendors. All products are one-time digital purchases — no subscriptions, no physical goods.
2. Styling guidance, not professional services
VowLook provides styling guidance generated with AI. It is not a substitute for professional fitting, tailoring, or in-person consultation. Final decisions about gowns, beauty services and purchases are yours and your vendors'.
3. Acceptable use
- You may only upload photos of yourself, and you must confirm this before analysis. Uploading photos of any other person is prohibited.
- You may not use VowLook to create deceptive, impersonating or unlawful content.
- Your look book is licensed for your personal use (sharing with your vendors, wedding party and friends is of course fine).
4. Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar (merchant of record). Because look books are generated and delivered immediately, orders are refundable in full before your look book is generated, and non-refundable after it has been delivered. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will regenerate or refund in full — contact us.
5. Bride Pass credits
The Bride Pass includes five re-style credits usable until your wedding date. Credits are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
