VowLook ("we") is an AI bridal styling service operated as a sole-proprietor business. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it. The short version: your photo is never stored on our servers — it exists only in memory while your look book is created.

1. What we collect

• Style quiz answers (venue, season, vibe, budget and similar) — used to design your style profile and look book.
• Your photo (optional) — used solely to analyze your personal color and to visualize your bridal looks on you. You must confirm the photo is of yourself; photos of third parties are not permitted. Your uploaded photo is never stored on our servers — it is processed in memory and discarded immediately (our AI processing partner retains API data briefly for abuse monitoring only, and never uses it to train models).
• Your generated look book — the finished styled look images we create for you (not your original selfie) are stored so you can reopen your paid look book anytime without regenerating it. They are kept until your wedding date plus 90 days (or 18 months from creation, whichever is longer), then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at [email protected].
• Email address — collected by our payment provider when you make a purchase, used to deliver your order and provide support.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Polar's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

3. AI processing

Photo analysis and look visualization are performed via OpenAI's API. Per OpenAI's API policy, content submitted through the API is not used to train their models. Your photo is transmitted securely, used for your generation only, and not retained by us beyond the 24-hour window.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, funnel steps, session replays with content masked). These tools use cookies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising on this site.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of any data we hold about you (look book, purchase records tied to your email) at any time — email us and we will confirm within 7 days. EU/UK visitors: our lawful basis is contract performance (delivering your order) and legitimate interest (analytics).
